The Daily Allowance and Travel Allowance System (SCDP) emerged from the need to establish a single process that would cover all the features required for granting daily allowances and travel allowances for domestic and international travel for the federal government. It is a mandatory system for federal government agencies, whether direct, autonomous, or foundational, as determined by Article 12-A of Decree No. 5,992 of December 19, 2006.
With a mobile application, civil servants can access the daily allowance and travel allowance system from anywhere, facilitating communication and management even when they are not physically at their workplaces.
Although the SCDP is intended for federal government agencies, autonomous, and foundational, several government institutions, public companies, and entities from other spheres and powers benefit from it by sharing its use.
Created with the functions of registration, planning, execution, control and consultation, the SCDP aims to reduce bureaucracy and simplify the administrative work in the preparation of the electronic process and in the generation of management reports of daily allowances and travel expenses, aiming to increase efficiency and provide greater agility in obtaining the available information, safeguarding the aspects of confidentiality and administrative restrictions provided for in the legal system.
